Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager (Warehouse) to drive sales growth and manage customer accounts for CHYOWE – Lucas Nona Private Limited, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse sales, contract logistics, and storage solutions, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for warehouse, storage, and value-added logistics services.
  • Identify new customers and expand existing warehouse accounts.
  • Understand customer warehousing requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1– 5 years of experience in warehouse sales, contract logistics, or 3PL services.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations, storage models, and value-added services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
