Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager to lead our international procurement efforts within the Commercial Department for CHYOWE – Lucas Nona Private Limited, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end overseas purchasing process, from finding reliable global suppliers to negotiating contracts that ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery speed. Your goal is to build a streamlined, cost-effective global supply chain that supports our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Roles & Responsibilities

Identifying, vetting, and building relationships with reliable vendors.
Securing favorable pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
Analyzing spending and market trends to identify savings opportunities.
Assessing and managing risks to ensure supply continuity.
Developing and enforcing compliance with contractual agreements.
Tracking supplier performance and managing, auditing, or terminating vendor relationships.
Working with internal departments financeto align with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5+ years experience in overseas purchase.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of freight pricing, costing structures, and commercial documentation.
Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and pricing analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams.
