Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from various industries.
Explain CHYOWE’s warehousing and logistics services clearly and effectively.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the business development team.
Maintain follow-up with prospects via calls and emails.
Update CRM/database with call outcomes and customer responses.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
Achieve daily/weekly targets related to calls and leads.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & malayalam (Regional language is a plus).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and CRM systems.
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
