Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and vendor onboarding efforts at CHYOWE – Lucas Nona Private Limited in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and willing to travel for marketing campaigns, client meetings, and vendor partnerships. This role involves building brand presence, acquiring vendors for our platform, and overseeing the listing and onboarding of service providers on our website. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive growth through both offline and digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential vendors (logistics partners, warehouses, service providers) for onboarding to CHYOWE’s website.
Coordinate end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including documentation, profiling, and listing on the platform.
Conduct field visits and participate in exhibitions or events to promote CHYOWE’s services.
Ensure all vendor data is accurately collected, verified, and updated on the website.
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations, customer support) to ensure smooth onboarding and vendor engagement.
Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs to improve CHYOWE’s vendor network and platform offerings.
Report on marketing performance, onboarding metrics, and lead conversions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, vendor management, or platform onboarding.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. English and regional language proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to travel for marketing and vendor acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and online listing platforms.
