Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecalling Executives to join our growing team at CHYOWE – Lucas Nona Private Limited in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our logistics and warehousing services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for our business development team. You should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to meet call and lead targets. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage. This is a full-time role with a fixed salary + performance-based incentives, offering a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and professional work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & malayalam (Regional language is a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
