1. Definitions

• User: Anyone accessing or using the platform, including warehouse owners (“Providers”) and renters (“Clients”).
• Listing: Warehouse space details, including photos, address, availability, and price.

Booking: The reservation of a warehouse space by a Client via our platform.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting.
• Organizations must act through authorized representatives.

3. Provider Obligations

• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and up to date.
• Providers must have the right to rent the listed warehouse and, where required, maintain valid insurance.
• Providers must comply with relevant laws (e.g., zoning, safety).

4. Client Obligations

• Clients must book and pay through our platform; offline transactions are prohibited and may result in suspension.
• Clients must use the warehouse lawfully, in line with Listing terms, and maintain any required permits. 

5. Use of Warehouse

• Clients may only use warehoused space for the purpose specified in the Listing.
• Prohibited uses (e.g., hazardous materials) must be clearly stated.

6. Maintenance, Access & Liability

• Providers must maintain safe, accessible, and compliant warehouse premises.
• Clients are responsible for damages caused by improper use.
• Neither party is responsible for third-party losses unless due to gross negligence.

7. Insurance & Indemnity

• Both parties must hold appropriate insurance—Providers for the facility, Clients for their stored goods.
• Users agree to indemnify us and each other against legal claims arising from misuse or breach of contract.

8. Intellectual Property & Conduct

• Users may not copy site content, reverse-engineer our platform, or engage in unauthorized advertising or automation.
• Harassment, fraud, or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited. Violators may be suspended or banned.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

• We collect, use, and share personal data per our Privacy Policy
• By using our Services, you consent to our privacy practices, including data sharing with Providers, payment processors, and legal authorities.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Our platform and Services are provided “as-is”; we disclaim implied warranties of fitness, availability, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, unless due to our gross negligence.

12. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches, illegal activity, or policy violations.
• Providers or Clients can terminate bookings per agreed terms, but fees and liability clauses still apply where relevant.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration or in courts located in [Chennai], unless local law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance.
